Whisk together the soy sauce, oil, shallot, garlic, honey, and thyme in a medium bowl.   6. Put patty into egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs
  7. Heat the oil with low fire and fry patty until it becomes golden brown.
  8. Spread butter on burger bun, and grilled it for 3 minutes
  9. Put mayonnaise and other ingredients on burger as you like
