Add brandy, beef stock and mustard to a pan bring to the boil, whisk to blend mustard. Add garlic and both creams, mix a little water with cornflour, add to sauce stir until mixture boils and thickens, turn down heat. The steaks are marinated overnight in a wonderful savory tarragon sauce. The marinade is cooked into a glaze that is poured over the steaks that have been grilled to perfection.

Instructions to make Terragon Steak:
  1. Marinate chicken fillets with salt, pepper, soya sauce and vinegar. Then grill it in grill pan for 8 mins each side(don't over cook, it won't be juicy).
  2. TERRAGON SAUCE.. In a sauce pan melt butter and chicken cube then add flour and roast it for 1 minute, then add milk, make sauce then add black pepper and dry terragon leaves, after 1 boil take it out of the flame.
  3. VEGETABLES.. cut all the vegetables in wedges and steam or boil them, when tender take out 1 potato and mash it with salt, pepper and 1tsp butter and scoop out in serving plate, sprinkle steamed vegetables with terragon leaves and salt and put in one side of plate, put grill chicken in centre of plate and pour terragon sauce over it and serve in restaurant style😘
