  5. Let it cook in medium heat till the lentils have cooked through and start to barely show. It may take 15-20 minutes.
  6. Turn the heat off. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Use a blender to have a smooth soup.
  7. Place desired amount in a serving bowl, drizzle some olive oil and enjoy!
