Add seasoning mix and toss again until coated. In broiler pan, without the rack, arrange steak. Add water to pan and stir, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Meanwhile, press pepper blend onto beef steaks. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
