Hello everybody, I hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, tofu chips. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a little bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Tofu chips is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and they look fantastic. Tofu chips is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

Place the tofu in a single layer on a clean dishtowel and cover with another clean dishtowel (I use clean cloth diapers, which work really well). Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly brush with oil for greasing. Place the slices on sheets of kitchen paper to absorb any excess moisture. Add the spices and the salt to the olive oil and beat them together.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook tofu chips using 3 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu chips:
  1. Make ready 250 grams harden tofu
  2. Take what ever sauce you like
  3. Get salt and pepper

Press the nori a bit onto the tofu so that it sticks. Sprinkle the backside of the tofu with a pinch of salt. Slice tofu into long strips, about ¼ - ½" thick. Dip the Nori lined tofu into the batter individually and then into the oil very carefully.

Instructions to make Tofu chips:
  1. Oven on, 200°c.
  2. Cut tofu into chips. Score them getly on one side.
  3. Place chips on an oven tray and place in oven. Cook chips for 20mins or until golden brown on each side.
  4. Remove from heat onto paper towel.
  5. Season with whatever veggie salt you like. Serve immediately with sauce.
  6. Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce.

Slice tofu into long strips, about ¼ - ½" thick. Dip the Nori lined tofu into the batter individually and then into the oil very carefully. Cook until the batter is golden. Then place on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil and sprinkle with salt. Remove the chips from the oven and serve with the Tofu fish, and traditional sauces.
