Whisk together the soy sauce, oil, shallot, garlic, honey, and thyme in a medium bowl. Tempeh burgers can be reheated in the microwave or wrap them in foil and steam them in a steamer basket or reheat them in the oven. You can make the simmered tempeh or the burger mixture ahead. - Put patty into egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs
- Heat the oil with low fire and fry patty until it becomes golden brown.
- Spread butter on burger bun, and grilled it for 3 minutes
- Put mayonnaise and other ingredients on burger as you like
